I Write Blog Posts in My Head

I do write blog posts in my head - I do it while driving, in the grocery store, at the mall, waiting for the kids. I edit them in my head and polish them but, I never actually set fingers to keyboard.

Yesterday, I followed a link in a tweet from YummyMummy. I stopped dead at the first point in the list. COURAGE. You see, I've been terribly afraid to actually put my thoughts down in pixels. What if no one likes it? What if they HATE it? What if I have no readers at all! It finally became clear to me that unless I had the courage to write, I'll never actually write.

Like Wayne Gretzky said, "You miss 100% of the shots you never take." So here's my first shot.
